The Mutoh ValueCut 1300 is a 52” stand-alone cutting plotter for kiss-cutting lettering, contour cutting stickers and cut-through for sign applications. ValueCut cutting plotters are ideal for home, office and professional users providing the finest cutting quality with unsurpassed tracking capabilities. Available in three models with cut widths ranging from 24”, 52 to 72” to suit your needs, the ValueCut Series offer all application features required by professional Sign Makers.
Mutoh ValueCut cutting plotters are ready for perfect teamwork with any printer capable of printing onto PVC. The Mutoh ValueCut 1300 is ideal for traditional vinyl cutting for lettering jobs, contour cutting of pre-printed stickers and cut through for creating individual stickers. Other cutting applications include signage, vehicle graphics, window graphics, labels and vinyl stickers, point of purchase, packaging, bumper stickers, safety signs and promotional stickers.

The Mutoh ValueCut 1300 comes standard with a roll support system for easy handling and perfect racking and multi-segment registration for long run cut job accuracy. The versatile roll support system enables contactless loading of pre-printed rolls, ideal for keeping freshly printed rolls damage-free. Integrated laser-based optical sensors provide multi-segment registration capability for accurate long run cut jobs and intuitive job recognition and alignment of contour and cut through data.
Ideal for any printer capable of printing on PVC up to 52”, the affordable ValueCut 1300 cutter includes a complete set of high quality cutting blades resulting in perfect cutting and easy weeding for contour cutting of pre-printed signs and stickers. An innovative tangential simulation mode can make miniature letterings, intricate graphics shapes and perfect lettering quality in thick materials.
The Mutoh ValueCut Series can handle a broad range of sign making materials ranging from self-adhesive PVC to sandblast up to a maximum thickness of 0.8mm. The cutting force up to 600g guarantees optimum cutting results on a wide range of materials. Cutting speed is adjustable up to 1080mm/s at a maximum acceleration of 3G which enables a cutting speed of up to 130mm/s and an acceleration of 4.2G in diagonal movements.
SPECIFICATIONS
The Mutoh ValueCut 1300 cutting plotter comes with a Mutoh proprietary version of SAI’s FlexiSTARTER™ 10. It is a complete text and graphics layout programme running on the Windows platform WIN7 64-bit. FlexiSTARTER allows cutting and designing simultaneously. For optimum efficiency, design and production can be spread over two different workstations on the network. The Workspace Control feature makes FlexiSTARTER look and feel like familiar software. The export functionality enables designs to be prepared for output with any printer-RIP combination in your workshop and produce perfect contour cutting.
The floor stand and media catch basket are included with the ValueCut 1300.
