The Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro Printer and Cutter is a complete desktop solution bundled with VerteLith RIP software.  Print and cut simultaneously with the Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro.  The versatile XpertJet C641SR Pro  features Print & Cut (contour cut/cut through), Print only, and Cut only (kiss-cut for lettering jobs).

Incorporating  leading edge Mutoh technologies including the AccuFine print head and i-screen intelligent interweave, the XpertJet C641SR Pro Printer & Cutter is ideal for on-demand printing and cutting production for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications: long-term outdoor posters, stickers and labels, signs and banners, apparel decoration,  t-shirt transfers, POS displays, vehicle and window graphics, photo prints, fine art reproduction.

The Mutoh AccuFine 1600 print head delivers outstanding speed and unrivaled quality even at lower resolutions.  The AccuFine 1600 print head features an extra wide print head, increased optical resolution, and improved nozzle stability and dot quality.  This 1600-nozzle print head is wider, with more nozzles and features faster firing of drops, better drop landing accuracy and dot quality, resulting in higher productivity and higher image quality.  AccuFine 1600 comprises four colour sections. Each colour section has 400 nozzles, or two 200 nozzle rows per colour, resulting in a nozzle density delivering 300 dpi per colour.  Drop size from 2.06 picoliters to 17.53 picoliters results in better accuracy and dot quality. Because all colour sections are in one head, there is no need for time-consuming head to head calibration routines. The AccuFine 1600 print head features a bi-directional,  drop-on-demand Micro Piezo Inkjet Technology and is at the heart of the XpertJet C461SR  Pro’s stunning performance.

The Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro Printer & Cutter has a number of fully automated calibration features which make it ideal for businesses with multiple operators, increasing efficiency, eliminating waste, and increasing productivity.  These fully automated calibration technologies  include Mutoh DropMaster 2, Mutoh FeedMaster and Mutoh Media Tracking.  Mutoh DropMaster 2 technology produces automated bi-directional printing with a built-in colour sensor. Mutoh FeedMaster technology features an automated paper feed adjustment made with a built-in colour sensor, two reposition-able pressure arms with rollers to accommodate different media widths, and  grit rollers to accurately transport and align different medias being printed or cut .   Mutoh Media Tracker enables the user to enter the media length upon loading a new media roll. By printing the bar code before removing the roll in use, the printer/cutter will  then, upon reloading the roll, read the bar code and detect how much media is left on the roll.

The Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro Printer & Cutter features  Mutoh i-screen intelligent interweave technology, a forth generation weaving algorithm delivering multiple new print effects and delivering overall higher print quality and banding free output over a wider speed range.

The Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro Printer & Cutter has a number of autonomous features to suit every printing and cutting application. Media heating is built-in , with a temperature range of 30-45 ºC  and will pre-heat the media, fix the ink and dry the output.  Other features include a variable head height and an automated sheet-off system. Variable head height accommodates for contour cut, kiss cut and through cut with a low setting of 1.5mm and high setting of 2.8mm.

Mutoh Eco-Solvent MS31/MS51 Inks are state of the art and by far the most popular inks on the market for outdoor sign applications on a wide range of uncoated and coated substrates. Mutoh Eco-Solvent M31/M51 Inks deliver impressive colour reproduction and a wide colour gamut, ideal for vibrant, high density prints and delivering excellent dot gain. Available in easy-to-use 200 ml cassettes and  1 litre bags, Eco-Solvent MS31/MS51 inks are Mutoh’s third generation of eco inks featuring improved ink fixation, better drying, higher print speeds and improved scratch resistance. The MS31/MS51 Inks have a 24 month shelf life and an average ink consumption of 8ml/m²@720dpi with 67% coverage.  The MS51 1000ml bags require the Ink Adapter Set.  Prints made with Eco-Solvent MS31/MS51  inks are weather, abrasion and chemical resistant and offer an outdoor UV-resistance for up to 3 years outdoor without lamination.

The inks are based on non-aggressive eco-solvents and do not spread any harmful VOCs in the working environment.  Mutoh Eco-Solvent MS31/51 Ink generated prints are GreenGuard Gold certified, with a rating of wallpaper, with the lowest emissions rating.  With the GreenGuard Gold certification, Mutoh  XpertJet C641SR Pro output qualifies as unrestricted to decorate a complete room, including an office (33.4m²), classroom (94.6m²) , hospital or school application.

The Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro Printer & Cutter comes as a desktop unit with integrated roll holders for media up to 8kg/19.8 lbs.  The XpertJet C641SR Pro  handles both 2″ and 3″ core rolls.

The Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro is bundled with  Mutoh VerteLith RIP with FlexiDESIGNER software which makes it easy to prepare jobs and create saleable prints faster.  VerteLith is a RIP software which provides seamless setup of print & cut environments, with a continuous cut feature for true one-step job submission.  Easily design cut lines using FlexiDESIGNER and send jobs directly to VerteLith. Additionally, soft proof the printed image colours on screen before submitting to print.

The user-friendly XpertJet C641SR Pro is ready to tackle all your contour cutting applications such as stickers, short-run decals, window signs and more. The integrated contour cutting, features contour cut, kiss cut and through cut. Output can be Print & Cut- separated, Print & Cut- continuously, print only or cut only.

Optional items for the Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro include a Stand, Cutters and Take-Up System.  The stand is on castor wheels, making it convenient for moving if required.  The Take-Up System is ideal for high productivity environments. Please note, the Take-Up System is compatible with printing only, and not cutting.
