Available in four sizes from A3 to A0, Linea Encapsulation Systems keep your finishing costs in-house, saving time and costly outsourcing. Solidly built from all-metal components with heavy duty motors and large diameter rollers to withstand the rigours of continuous operation and a tough working schedule, Linea Encapsulation Systems reliably deliver a superb finish quality, to enhance and protect.
The Linea DH-360 Encapsulating System is an A3, desktop version. The laminating film is supplied on a roll, allowing you to continuously feed through your documents at a much faster rate than with a traditional pouch machine. Documents are fed continuously through the machine and are laminated on both sides. The results are impressive and take no time at all to achieve. Simply choose the encapsulating film (matte or gloss) to use, depending on the thickness required. The rollers apply even pressure to your prints, producing perfect, permanent encapsulation every time. Simple and complete control takes virtually no training, yet offers complete control over every job. Safety is standard, including a safety guard and a separate hand safety hand trimmer to ensure a safe working environment.
Additional mandrels are available, so you can keep both gloss and matte finishes readily available, or different film thicknesses depending on requirements.
SPECIFICATIONS
The Linea DH-360 Encapsulating System encapsulates A3-sized documents at a maximum encapsulating speed of 1.4 meters per minute. The Linea DH-360 is a continuous roll fed system and accepts films from 35 to 250 microns thick, with a maximum encapsulation film width is 340mm. The maximum mounting thickness is 5mm. The Linea DH-360 has a warm-up time of 10 minutes. The control panel includes adjustable speed and temperature, with a maximum encapsulating speed of 1.4 meters per minute and a temperature range setting from 0 – 140°C. The control panel also includes an anti jam mode, and an easy load override. The Linea DH-360 is compatible with a film core size of 25mm. For convenience, additional mandrels are also available.
The Linea DH-360 Encapsulation System is compatible with encapsulation film from 35 to 250 microns thick, including Vivid Laminating Technologies own brand, BOSS premium encapsulating film, in gloss and matte, with 1″/25mm cores.
