KEY FEATURE
Key features of the Canon imagePROGRAF iPF750
The iPF750 36”/A0 large format printer features Canon’s unique 5-colour dye and pigment reactive ink system which producing the sharpest, thinnest lines and the new magenta ink makes the red gamut even better. Designed specifically for CAD & GIS applications, a minimum line width of 0.02mm can be achieved with a range accuracy of +/- 0.01%. This unique formulation improves ink adhesion to the media and minimises colour bleeding. This means clearer text, smoother curves, and sharp fine lines even on uncoated technical papers. Using reactive inks also improves scratch and marker resistance so prints are far more durable than those printed with conventional dye inks
The iPF750 produces 2400 x 1200 dpi and produces A0 draft prints in just 48 seconds. Canon’s L-COA image processing technology combined with Gigabit Ethernet compatibility ensure stunning high speed reproductions on everything from architectural plans to geographic information. ‘Hot Swap’ ink tanks allow ink cartridges to be replaced during printing for maximum productivity
The printer driver flexibility of the iPF750 enables seamless integration with the way you work.
The iPF750 is compatible with HP-GL/2, HP-RTL, including the ability to set palette and pen settings, for the most demanding CAD workflows. An HDI driver for AutoCAD is also included. The Print Plug-In for Microsoft Office users enables printing directly from Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Designed for practicality and usability, the iPF750 is designed to fit comfortably in any CAD/GIS environment. A compact, slim-line design with a front-loading paper system and a front access ink tank system means you can change paper and ink easily even when printer is installed in a tight space or against a wall. A large, bright, menu-driven LCD control panel gives easy access to sophisticated functions. Prints are automatically stacked and can be collected from a high capacity basket to prevent damage. There’s even a handy print timer to let you know how long a job will take to complete. Borderless printing technology keep you more productive as there is no need for offline trimming and Auto Skew Correction enables unattended printing by automatically adjusting for any skew in orientation and feeds the paper/media correctly
The iPF750 is economical and efficient, with built-in accounting software, allowing accurate tracking of the cost per print, enabling the ability to view the data through the print driver or export it to a CSV file for use in your own files or systems. An Economy mode can be selected which uses less ink, ideal when printing draft documents. Canon’s eMaintenance software automatically detects and manages mechanical problems and low ink levels, linking directly to a Canon Service Centre for maximum up time.
